How to add DIY Sleeves to any top

Make a summer shirt fit for all seasons with my easy fix for a sleeveless top:

  3. very nice tutorial. I found you via the Refashionista Blog. Can you use more or less the same instructions but make the sleeves standard narrow ones?

Thanks very much & welcome aboard! 🙂 You can easily create standard sleeves by decreasing the width of the fabric…keep the top measurement (the part that will eventually pop into the armhole) as is but taper the rest of the fabric to your desired sleeve width…and enjoy your fab new sleeves! 😉
