Create a fabulously comfy top in a jiffy (+ leave no waste behind!) with sliced & diced: a no sew diy cut out top!

Snag an over-sized cotton turtleneck.

Chop off the neck.

Lay a sleeve flat & slice out a thin semi-circle from just below the shoulder seam (the length & width are entirely up to you).

Fold the shirt in half so the sleeves evenly match up & use the first sliced sleeve as a template for chopping the next.

Slice off the bottom hem for a more deconstructed look.

Grab the chopped scraps & slice them & braid them & hand stitch them to the top of the sleeve cut-outs for some extra detail.

Grab the chopped bottom hem & create an adorable headband.
awesome!

Awesome!
My boyfriend is definitely going to lose some of his turtlenecks now 🙂
Was this a mans turtleneck?
Thanks very much 🙂 I used a women’s sized medium but any turtleneck that fits you loosely will do the trick, have fun chopping! 😉
