Need the perfect casual outfit topper?
Here’s how to create a pretty throw-over-anything-vest from that boring button down: my darling (diy) denim & tulle vest
snag a button down blouse & some tulle (or lace)
*I funked up my denim shirt with a bit of bleach before snipping & stitching
chop off the sleeves as close to the seams as possible
grab some scrap tulle (or lace) & place it over one side of the shirt
stitch it on, chop off the excess & repeat with the other side
carefully stitch around the pockets & cut out the tulle
and your fab vest is complete!
