Create the easiest DIY skirt ever in just two simple steps:
Snag that shirred top from the bottom of your stash (make sure it slips over your hips).
Remove the straps (you could actually be finished now but let’s funk it up a bit).
Stitch the straps to the front of your almost-a-skirt in a groovy loopy pattern.
Zig zag around the hem in a contrasting thread if desired.

Pop it on & go blow some watermelon flavoured bubbles!
