Instant Upcycled Bracelet DIY

Here’s how to make your own funky chunky bracelet in less than 2 minutes with my Instant Upcycled Bracelet DIY:

Start with an over-sized beaded necklace (thrift stores are full of them!).

Remove the clasp & pull off as many beads as needed to fit nicely around your wrist.

Once you’re happy with the size, simply tie the ends together.

Just Too Easy!

  1. check out the sheri-love! 🙂

  2. This is so cool, you make it look so easy! I’d be too scared to cut up my necklace and just end up with a broken necklace to show for it!

    1. Thanks Sheila! It really is that easy…pop over to a charity shop & snag a few chunky beaded necklaces & give it a go! =O)

  3. cool bracelet/necklace! is that cork in the middle? i’ve had cork jewelry popping around my brain for ages and still haven’t gotten around to it!

    1. That is indeed cork…the necklace was yet another item inherited from Great Aunt Uschi – one of several she got while touring Africa in the late 60’s…neat, eh? =O)
