My love for jumpsuits is well known and I’m always on the hunt for those comfy all-in-one beauties while thrifting. While jumpsuits are awesome for cooler weather they completely lose their comfy-ness when temperatures rise in the summer – enter the groovastic playsuit! The comfort of a jumpsuit with the keep cool power of light fabrics and shorts!
I discovered that amazing handmade vintage playsuit in the bargain bin at the thrift shop and snapped it up instantly! Check out how I easily mended it to create a fab summer wardrobe fave for Playsuits on #ThriftyThursday!
Unfortunately the playsuit had a rip on each side of the bodice near the armholes, fortunately I had some lovely vintage trim in my stash that coordinated perfectly with the pattern and colour that easily concealed the stitching of those mended tears!
