Sew the fabric together around the elastic with a zigzag stitch. 5. Make sure to gather & stretch as you stitch. 6. Enjoy your fab new scrunchie!

Here’s the groovy no sew version:
1. Grab a leftover t-shirt sleeve hem, length of elastic + a safety pin. 2. Chop off the join-seam of the sleeve hem. 3. Pop the safety pin through the end of the elastic & feed it all the way through the sleeve hem tube. 4. Knot the ends of the elastic together. 5. Tuck the knot into the fabric. 6. Enjoy your fab new scrunchie!
Quick tip: to make a longer & fluffier no sew scrunchie simply use 2 sleeve hems!
