Very easy DIY hat storage

With limited space and a growing collection of hats it was definitely time to pop on my refashionista thinking cap, sort through my stash and come up with a quick solution:

Whip up your own very easy DIY hat storage in minutes from bits you may already have lurking about the house!

Snag a hollow pipe + a long length of rope or thick yarn.

(I reused the copper pipe from my diy clothing rack as it didn’t fit in my new bedroom)

Feed the rope through the pipe.

Once through, knot and trim the ends to create the hanger.

Loop or tie a few long-ish pieces of rope along the length of the pipe.

(I used 4 but you may need more or fewer depending on the size of your hat collection)

Hang up the pipe then grab some clothes pins (or whatever clips you have on hand) and attach your hats to the hanging ropes.

So quick and easy!

+ it makes fab wall decor too!
