I was recently given a huge bag of preloved clothes that were all in fab condition but unfortunately not at all my style, like this incredibly comfy but insanely boring sweater:
The colour is fabulous, the fabric is cozy but it’s extraordinarily plain and definitely needs a makever to stand out from the crowd!

A peek through my stash revealed the perfect additions to this sun-coloured sweater: 2 fancy pineapple patches! I grabbed the patches, a marker + needle and thread and got to work!
First, I popped the sweater on and marked a dot on the spots I wanted the patches to be.
Then took off the sweater and positioned my patches.
I grabbed my vintage embroidery hoop & stitched the patches on with a simple running stitch.
I love my quirky pineapple sweater – it definitely stands out in a crowd now!
