Creating the finishing touches on All Hallows’ Eve are a snap with my last minute DIY Halloween decor and trick or treat bag tutorials:
Let’s get makin!
Snag that pair of Halloween-y socks hidden at the back of the drawer + a bunch of flyers from the recycling bin.
Stuff the socks with the crumpled and rolled flyers to create pseudo feet and legs.
Display your body-less legs!
Whip up a ghostly visitor in seconds by simply painting your hand with washable acrylic and pressing it onto the window – so freaking easy!
A personalized trick or treating bag is a snap to create!
Grab a coloured cotton tote, chalk, your DIY bleach pen and your kiddo.
Have your mini-artiste sketch a spooky chalk design onto the tote.
If both sides are blank go ahead and chalk a design on each side.
Wrap a piece of scrap cardboard in plastic and slip it into the tote to prevent the bleach from leaking through.
Trace over the munchkin chalk art with the DIY bleach pen.
Let sit until you’re happy with the colour change then wash out (or simply wipe off) the chalk outlines and head out for some terrific trick or treating!
Happy Halloweening!
