4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (gluten & lactose free!)

After years of careful study I’ve come to the very scientific conclusion that peanut butter cookies can help fight everything from moodiness & cramps to grumpiness & colds.

Make your own in minutes with only 4 ingredients!

You’ll need: 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg & 1 cup oatmeal or your fave chopped nuts for gluten free

*ignore the butter in the pic, my brain was still in full sickmode when I took it

 

Mix everything together into a sticky dough.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased or papered cookie sheet & criss-cross-press with a fork. Bake at 220 celsius, 400 fahrenheit, gasmark 6 for 8 – 10 minutes – until tops are golden brown.

Let cool completely & enjoy with a cold glass of milk – or hot cup o’ tea if your sick – you’ll be up & running again in no time (or at least feel well enough to eat more cookies)!
