Since you plan to wear the silver boots with the outfit, then my vote is for outfit #2 or #3. I favored #1 until you mentioned the silver boots with it. I like #1 as is shown.
I vote for #1 the sequin skirt. It would look fabulous with a pair of bauble earrings and a sparkly charm bracelet that you’ve diy’ed!😊
