Is it Spring yet on #ThriftyThursday

When I decided to return to Canada after over 2 decades living abroad I had no idea how challenging the reverse culture shock would be or how problematic, lengthy and bizarre the never-ending bureaucratic process of getting resettled in my home country would become.

The one thing I was certain of was that Toronto had 4 distinct seasons that changed at fairly regular intervals throughout the year.

Is it Spring yet on #ThriftyThursday?
