  1. Nice idea! I wouldn’t even waste the tape though – get a square of card from a cereal box or similar and cut a slit in it, slip that behind the button and one could be used for all the buttons. As for the replacements, instead of finding 18 all the same – how about 18 all different? Harlequin buttons could look cool 🙂

    1. Yup, my thoughts exactly on the buttons 🙂 I plan on finding similarly shaped vintage buttons in a variety of styles
