A Red #ThriftyThursday

Even when it’s dressed down and casual, wearing red always makes me feel powerful and fiery so it’s no surprise that psychologists and researchers agree that red is a colour which stirs up passion, with both negative and positive colour meanings.

A Red #ThriftyThursday

Get the scoop behind my rockin’ red ensemble + take part in February’s Refashion Challenge below:

A red #thriftythursday

Chunky Knit Sweater (had for years) €0 – Distressed Jeans (thrifted & refashioned) €1 –  Booties (thrifted online) €2

Total cost: €3

and for those who are writing to inform me that they find it hard to believe that I not only thrift and refashion my wardrobe but also hold onto items for years may I present the proof that I have indeed had that chunky knit sweater for years as stated above:

A Red #ThriftyThursday (proof that I've had that sweater for years)
Keeping that exhausted 8 ½ month belly warm & cozy.

I thrifted that sweater shortly before I became pregnant with my kiddo – who shall soon be turning 5.
