  1. Really enjoyed this post/video and I hope you are successful in finding more willing subjects. Sabine was amazing and definitely looked fresher (and younger!) with her bright and sunny style reinvention.

    1. Thanks so much Jade 😀

*I was hoping more people would be open to a groovy free makeover but sadly not so I’m not holding my breath – Berliners are world famous for their ornery, closed-minded & down-right rude attitudes, an unfortunately accepted part of society here along with xenophobia and racism 🙁

I love the pashmina to jacket idea! Definitely heading into my stash to find the first convert. Love the videos can’t wait to see the next one.

    1. Thanks Deanna! be sure to share your version of the pashmina jacket on my facebook page 😀 https://www.facebook.com/ConfessionsofaRefashionista

Really enjoyed this new format! Everything about it! Sabine’s new dress really suited her. It sounded as though you might be doing some more of these – fingers crossed!

    1. Fingers crossed indeed, unfortunately she was the only english-speaking acquaintance I have who was willing to take part so the next Refashionista Makeover will have to wait until I can meet a willing participant (or move to a friendlier country)

  4. I loved having this premier viewing. Looks like I may be the first to comment too. An awesome re-make and very practical too. Sabina looked extremely comfortable in her refashion and make-up.

    1. Yup, my first refashionista diy makeover was most certainly a success (and I’m pretty darn impressed that I could satisfy the style desires of my critical German makeoveree 😉 )
