I grabbed that leftover top bit remaining from the hacked up dress.
Then zigzagged over the raw edge.
As I had left the bulky neckline & sleeve seams intact that’s all that was needed to make a cool vest top!
A quick & simple outfit topper that looks awesome worn inside out with those bulky seams exposed!
