A Folklore Fabulous Thrifty Thursday

For me folklore fashion is all about handmade.

Traditional embroidery, knit and crochet in colours taken from nature create the perfect casual folklore ensemble…

Knit Beanie (handmade gift) €0 – Knit Vest (thrifted) €1 – T-shirt (1982) €3 – Embroidered Tablecloth Circle Skirt (thrifted & refashioned) €1 – Tights (1982) €2 – Boots (thrifted & refashioned) €2.50

Total outfit cost: €9.50

  1. This is a cute outfit. I love the whole folklore theme! but wait?! you are wearing tights from 1982? this is impossible, mine are having holes every 5th use. (but then I transform then simply to leggings) 🙂

    1. Cheers Nina!

*I love the tights from 1982 – I wear the children’s sizes & they are great quality (mine have all lasted for 2+ years!) and 1982 manufacturing practices are sustainable & ethical <3 (http://www.1982-fashion.com/de/footer/unternehmen/nachhaltigkeit/)
