Easy DIY Bunny Ears & Upcycled Easter Top Tutorials

Whip up a totally sweet ensemble for your little chick with these Easy DIY Bunny Ears & Upcycled Easter Top Tutorials!

After the adorably successful recreation of these fantastically adorable baby bunny ears from Holloughby:

I just had to make a matching top:

Here’s how I created it from items I already had around the house:

I grabbed a leftover piece of felted sweater, some previously chopped fleece scarves, coordinating thread, needles & a bit of glue

I (very roughly) sketched a couple of bunnies & pinned them to my felt.

Then cut them out.

I chose the one I liked best, grabbed my fleece scarf remnants, cut out some features & lightly glued them to my felt. (just to hold them all in place for the next step)

I securely hand stitched everything on, including some extra whiskers & pupils.

Then found a shirt & pinned my bunny to the front!

Hopped over to the machine & sewed it on.

Then tried to get the little kiddo to stand still for a photo!
