Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Brownies

Two of my favourite things combined into a treat that tastes sinfully delicious?

You betcha! Delectably divine chocolate almond brownies!

You need: 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 3 egg whites, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp coffee, 1/2 cup (gluten free) flour & your favourite nuts

Toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix well – you don’t want to bite into any bitter cocoa lump surprises!

Pour into an oiled cake pan & sprinkle with your nuts.

Bake at 180C/350F/Gasmark 4 for 20 – 25 minutes.

*less time = gooey brownies & more time = a firmer cake-type brownie

Once cool cut into pieces and enjoy some serious chocgasmic action!
