A very easy milkshake

Here’s an awesomely quick & effortless treat:

delicious and nutrious – perfect!

Grab a ripe banana, some frozen berries (if you can, freeze some fresh ones otherwise just use some pre-frozen from the supermarket) & (dairy free) milk.

Dump everything into a blender or mixer. *The amount of berries and milk depends on the size & thickness of milkshake you desire.

Mix well

Pour into a glass & experience the awesome deliciousness of this healthy (& filling) treat!
